You don't need an account to use Lifty. If you made one to back up your ski days, you can delete it, and everything it holds, at any time.
App: Lifty. Developer: [YOUR FULL LEGAL NAME].
Delete it in the app
Open Lifty, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. Your account and backups are deleted straight away. It can't be undone.
On iPhone, if you signed in with Apple, this also removes Lifty from your Apple ID.
No longer have the app?
Email privacy@lifty.ski from the email address your account uses, with the subject “Delete my Lifty account”.
If you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, write from any address and include the relay address Apple made for Lifty (in your Apple ID settings, under Sign in with Apple).
We may ask you to confirm it's you. We then delete your account and everything listed above, and reply within one month to confirm.
What deleting removes
- Your account: its email address, your sign-in methods (Apple, Google or password) and your badges, such as founding member.
- Every backed-up ski day: statistics, titles, notes, trips, the lifts and pistes you rode, your piste passport and your GPS tracks.
- Heart rate in your backup, if you turned heart-rate backup on.
- Photos of places you sent that are still waiting for review.
What stays
- Ski days on your phone. Delete them in the app, or delete the app.
- Photos of places that we already approved stay on that place in Lifty, no longer linked to you.
- Data that was never linked to you, such as crash reports and anonymous ride statistics. We can't find it by account.
- The lifty.ski waitlist is separate: leave it with the link in your waitlist email.
